1. Returns

Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects within 7 days of delivery. The machine must be in its original packaging and unused.

2. Refunds

Once your return is inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed via original payment method within 10-12 business days.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Customized manufacturing solutions and consumable parts (lenses, nozzles) are non-returnable once used or installed.
